Description

Summary

Responsible for monitoring all games in an assigned area, as well as monitoring dealers, protecting casino assets and providing customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for monitoring all games in an assigned area, as well as monitoring dealers, protecting casino assets and providing customer service.
  • Applies positive communication and interpersonal skills with guests, (internal and external) at all times.
  • Administers the operation of table games in an assigned area.
  • Ensures compliance with Gaming Commission regulations and internal controls, as well as departmental policies and procedure.
  • Ensures proper procedures are adhered to by all Dual Role Dealers and Dealers in assigned area.
  • Completes special assignments for the Table Games Manager/Shift Manager/Assistant Shift Manager as required.
  • Rates all gaming table transactions in the assigned area.
  • Must be physically present to work a regular, reliable, and predictable work schedule in accordance with business demands, and maintain a consistent and regular attendance record.
  • Perform special projects and other responsibilities, tasks, or duties as requested.

Education / Qualifications

  • Must be 21 years of age, or older.
  • High School diploma or equivalent, required.
  • Any combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Previous Table Games supervisory experience, preferred.
  • Without previous table games supervisory experience, at least four years dealing experience required.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • Ability to deal effectively with all staff members exercising tact, diplomacy and patience at all times.
  • Must possess excellent verbal communication skills in order to promote a positive, and professional image.
  • Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America.

Certificates, licenses and registration

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license.
  • Required to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing.
